I'm going to paint again.
Not because I've run out parts to cut 'n paste into collages (which I have), or because I'm bored with the slow process of making "combines" (which I am), but because I feel like it's the right thing to do. (and I seldom know what's right and wrong. Am I not a splendid specimen of Human?!) To create something of your own for a change, instead of playing LEGO with the ideas of others'.

Now I just need some new frame-work material, a few working brushes and perhaps an injection of inspiration. I've got a few old plans tucked away, but they are, as the adjective pointed out, old. High Summer demands "fresh"!

So, ideas and suggestions are welcome. No, I won't do a Michael Jackson painting. Not yet at least. First let the pop-culture-yeast work its magic.
